🌐 Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All items in our shop are digital downloads (eBooks, templates, kits, guides) and do not involve shipping or physical goods. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
💸 Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake
- You were unable to access the file due to a technical error on our side and we failed to resolve it
- The product you received is significantly different from its description or previews
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at support within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Change of mind
- Lack of software or system compatibility
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing
- Claims made beyond 7 days from the purchase date
